Every pair of Oakley glasses I've bought have broken under normal use and i've found the warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. I go all the way back to the highly fashionable Factory Pilot and Blades models of the 80's up to an RX pair I bought last year. At least 10 pair over the years, all junk.

Never Again Oakley (shakes fist vigorously!).

I think they look good, kind of like the new C Wires

I have owned a pair of Polarized Whiskers for about 4 years now. The rubber ear pieces came off and the lenses are scratched, but that will likely happen to any shades depending on use and how gentle they are handled. My real only issue is that sunlight comes in between the frame/lens and my skin. To fix this I just wear a hat, but still kinda sucks. Hope this helps.

I love my Oakley Tightropes. Im on my second pair (only because I needed polarized for my last job, and in polarized for my current one). Never had any problem with them.

As long as you take care of them, they are great. Get a hard case and only use a microfiber to clean them (not your tie). No scratches

Not to hijack or reroute the thread....
Ray-ban 3194 are the absolute best sunglasses ever made. Besides, I'm too old to wear oakley.

Of course you guys all know that you can't use polarized sun glasses in a glass cockpit. Polarized no can see LCD screen.

Oakley has many non polarized frames. I've used their Crosshairs and C-wires in non polarized lenses before. Work great with the headset
