Nah. I just gave him a nice “well you’re a real *******, have a nice day look” and didn’t give it a second thought. I’m simply so far beyond giving a flying **** about most of life’s trivial bull****. I was happy my FO wasn’t out side yet to witness the douchebaggery though. He was a younger fella that was wound up a little tight and would get riled up over minor stuff. I guess watching a throw down between a crusty old man and a twenty something could’ve been entertaining.

How about we wait 10 minutes for another crew (same airline), then they dash off as soon as the van parks at the hotel....... just so they can get to the sign-in sheet before us. I’ve seen this many times.

I get your point, but I do blame the other crew. We landed within minutes of each other, on the gates right next to each other nearly simultaneously. But it was a regional jet so they got done sooner. The driver told them he was there for us too and they convinced him to leave anyway.
