I don't have a big problem with the backpacks personally. But LNL does bring up a point about professionalism that is seemingly lost in the "I don't give a damn about that" bin. I get it that some of you guys don't care about looking and acting professionally because you are just glorified bus drivers. Right? You are under appreciated, underpaid and all that. I get it. But the point she makes is that the people who pay your salaries DO care about that. You don't think so, but Joe Businessman wants a professional at the controls, and Joe Six pack wants a professional at the controls so his family arrives alive in Disney World. I know you don't think it is important. But you are wrong.

Exactly twice. The stop-over store sells approved bags that clip on to our rollerboards. They also come w/ detachable shoulder straps for those highly desirable sight seeing walkabouts in downtown Greensboro...12 pack not included.

Well when you grow up, maybe you will be taken a little more seriously. She shows far more mental and intellectual maturity than anything I have seen from you as of late.

Your perspective is solely from the cockpit. Locked in the vault from block out to block in. She sees those that pay YOUR salary from boarding thru deplaning. I think her input on how our customers view us is way more valid than yours. You have the gall to paint with broad brush and refer to her as a cat rancher, when you know nothing about her. (You probably don't even get that reference) Let's see those six pack abs that hot women will pay extra for in order to fly on your airplanes.
