However, I have been around long enough to know that each and every one of us has had a moment of weakness in which we may have said or done something that was unprofessional, out of character, rude, immature, etc. So, no, I am not taken aback. I understand that human beings deal with all kinds of things in their personal and professional lives and it is difficult to separate the two sometimes. I am honest with myself enough to admit that I am not righteous in this regard. Are you? So, given the choice to accept that a person is dealing with personal issues and inadvertently (or purposely) takes it out on me in a moment of weakness and then turn the other cheek in a mature and adult manner, or to punch someone in the face and then have to deal with all the consequences associated with that incredibly immature action, I choose the former. |

I know of a guy who used to wear a thug life lanyard and would tighten/tuck his sleeves in tighter to show off his muscle's when passengers are deplaning.
