Might be an exaggeration but to put it in perspective, the 717 APU takes just under 3 minutes to get started and an additional 2 minutes until air is available. It then takes over 2 minutes to get the 1st engine cranked bringing us until 7 minutes to have the ability to taxi if we were to do the same thing. I know they aren't operating 717s but not everybody can just step on the brake and hit the auto start button with the FOB in their pocket :p.

I can't say I'm a huge fan of rap, but I thought that was a killer cut. I just paypal'd the tune and downloaded to my in-flight playlist. Well done, sir. Takes cajones to put yourself out publicly like that. F the haters, you know they always gonna hate.

Hope I get to meet you one of these days. 1st round is on me.

D'Tyner, that Dollar Fifty was great! Should be required listening for all Airline Pilots!

I was raised in the 60's and 70's listening to Zeppelin and Lou Reed, but when Marshall Mathers came along, and after watching 8 Mile, I started listening to some of his stuff. He's pretty funny too.

Here's one of my favorites. Mods, this one is edited to take out the bad words.

When ACARS units were first installed, a pilot demonstrated that they were not yet operational by sending a message which called the CEO a skunk. He was shocked to get a return message inviting him to visit the CP's office. :p

Who's the tool, the passengers, the one with the emotional support dog, or the boy with allergies?

The passengers in my mind but also the flight attendant in another article she basically said their are dogs on every flight now so if he cant deal with it he shouldn't fly

There's likely a WHOLE LOT more to the story than what's been written in the press. One article mentioned that the flight was delayed for 90 minutes due to the kid with the allergies.

I'll wager that the family argued, made unreasonable demands, and dragged this out to the point where they were removed from the aircraft.

Paragraph 2 (90 minutes): Man with cancer says 'just be nice' after plane experience - NY Daily News

I find it humorous that anyone would think that this story was as simple as a bunch of people cheering over a kid with allergies being thrown off a plane.

As of late, I think we are being a little too generous with the use of the word "Bruh"

Just an observation....
