Default air traffic control question

Is there any software . On the computer that well help you talk to air traffic control like a sim or anything like that

Sporty's has some DVDs to learn VFR com.

The ATC add-on is hidden in the download more aircraft section. I haven't used it so don't know whats its like. The program over all is pretty good. it is not as pretty as the Misrosoft Products but it uses the YSIM physics engine. [created by NASA]. Its certainly good enough to answer some of your questions you have posted here like thrust settings for takeoff, etc.
