What about Lockheed?

lol not sure if ur serious or not... but lockheeds last commercial airliner was the TriStar I beleive.

Would be interesting if they came back and started making widebodys, allthough for now they seem to be doing quite well on the military side.

All it would take is a few conversions. They've done it once and with someone like airbus going down they could do it again

As for the Airbus vs Boeing thing here are my toughts:

1)Boeing planes according to most sources can take more punishment, but airbuses dont allow you to do much either.

2) I prefer "Fat Albert"(or the pigshaped one ) over the A320. And I prefer Boeing.

But I think that evrey aircraft manufacturer should be respected because they are after all building flying machines.

Will these trays hold the weight of a flight attendant?

I flew the EMB-145 for about 5,000 hours and didn't care about the yoke. The only complaint I would have is a one-handed strong crosswind landing with the EMB yoke. You don't get enough leverage with one hand.
