I'm a No Vote as well!! No furloguh longevity? ALPA doesn't get me a job...I do did that!!

All I want from ALPA is respect as a pilot(which I may or may not get from the company). Now I'm not even getting that from ALPA!!!

Hello APC forums. I am currently a senior first officer at a regional airline. I'm hoping to either soon upgrade to Captain or move on to a Major/Legacy carrier sometime soon. My goals after graduation were to hit the regionals hard, fly my tail off, and get to the majors within 5 years max. That doesn't seem to be working so well because my current airline is furloughing, preventing me from upgrading and furthermore progressing to the majors. Recently I have been entertaining the idea of possibly going to one of the discount airlines, purely on the basis that my current company has no movement for me in sight. I'm hoping that something soon changes and doors start opening.
