I am currently a 28 year old undergrad at the University of North Texas studying for my B.S. in Aviation Logistics. I have my PPL (Though I am due for a BFR currently) and have my IR (also due for an IPC... let's just say it's been a slow couple of years on the flight training side.) Current TT is hovering around 300-ish as I have been attempting to complete CSEL over the last couple of years.
Currently employed at the local Walmart Distribution Center working in the shipping department. I enjoy working in the logistics arm of the company and have admittedly high aspirations to instruct part time while in school and working for Walmart. I hope to acquire the time requirements and capitalize on my time with the company to one day make the move to Bentonville as a corporate pilot for the company.
I am also a father to an amazing 5year old little girl, husband to an amazing wife and have two dogs; a blue pitbull named Mowgli and a Great Dane named Jackson.
Also, I am originally from South Africa. I welcome any and all jokes that you can come up with in relation to this fact (EG, "Do you know Dave Matthews?", "Did you have to walk around with a rifle to protect yourself from all the wild animals?", "How long did it take you to adjust to running water and central air?", "Do you list yourself as 'African American' on documentation?", etc... Just thought I'd help you guys get started.)
