I plan on getting my privates, instruments, and commercial plus multi addon and fly for a living. I am searching for guidance and advice for how to go about my training and career path. One of the instructors at my small flight school said that he would hire me to fly right seat once I earn my commercial multi add-on.
Being that I have this opportunity, should I even bother with my CFI rating? Assuming I can go right to flying right seat, whats the point of becoming a CFI? Wouldn't the regionals like that I would be coming directly from an actual commercial flying job?
