Welcome to the industry! Yes, it can be a long, hard road, but there are definitely ways to make it a bit easier. Don't get overwhelmed. Many, many guys have travelled this road with much success.

I am a FO at a regional airline with approx 4000hrs and would like to move to a major or a legacy. I am hoping to get info on quality of life and work rules at these companies.

Retired Eastern & FedEx pilot. Over 16,000 hours in 25 types including L-1049, L-188, B720, B727, L-1011, DC-9, A300, B757, and DC-10. Currently doing IOSA safety audits.

Current SkyWest DLCA, 26+ years at company. 30,000+ flt hours. A/C flown:
PA-31, SA-226, SA-227, EMB-120, CRJ-200/700/900 and T-33. Working various safety programs-ASAP, VDR and IOSA Audits.

Default time building

I am a CFII out time building looking for someone that just wants to fly. I have the plane C182rg and the fuel just looking for another pilot that wants to fly. Looking at doing 200 - 250 hours this month to move on with life. email me today will fly anywhere. Just got to keep the prop spinning.....
