CAC reader at home?

To everyone else, you should be able to get one from your comm. squadron for free. If they want you to work from home for free, the least they could do is give you a CAC reader.

The navy has a non-CAC site for the software (deers verified IIRC). Also you can just ask someone who has CAC access to download the install package and burn it to a CD.

Windows (7 or lower) and IE are the default. If you try anything else your results may vary wildly and involve extensive hassles.
