When Did You Cut The Cord?

Wow, some of you guys really milked your parents didn't you?
Personally I can't wait until I'm out of here. The free meals, laundry, and housing is great, but I don't know how much more of my family I can take.

Out at 20. Back again this year. I was taking care of my grandpa while he was dying of cancer so I wasn't working much. He passed in July and I've been playing catch up since. I'll be back out in two weeks.
Living back at home for the first time in over four years hasn't been fun but given the fact that I got to spend so much time with my grandpa in the end I wouldn't trade it for anything other than having him back.

I took off when I was 18, traveled the world, went to school, moved to California, got married and had my first son by the age of 24. My mother still refers to me as "that child of mine who has ants in her pants - she can't stay in one place for long"
