That's probably why the flight crew was on edge. They got tired of saying "we show we are on the airway" all morning.

(that works even if you don't fly for Delta because we own a percentage of, or outsource to, every other airline on the planet except for Norwegian and I'm sure we will work that out before too long ... yeah, enjoy the ride in "our" crew van)

Finally got the audio to work on the file ... yowza ... Pro Stans blanket party ... or maybe he was trying to get his Captain violated.

Appropriate response was "thank you." Atlanta is great about NOT violating flight crews for inconsequential failures at playing "simon says." Pilots like (for any airline) that have the potential to reduce the efficiency and friendliness at the World's Busiest Airport.

There is a huge difference between righteous indignation and stupidity. Radio boy crossed the line into major stupidity with that one.
