For a woman we pack a lot more stuff than you men!! Besides the clothes and all the normal stuff. We also have to bring.... Hot rollers, curling iron, makeup, face cream, body lotion, perfume & etc... Then the shoes. holy hell!!!. You got to bring your high heels/boots that match your outfits.

so true, except for shoes to match every outfit! btw, what's a 4-day? lol I'm gone for 11 days, minimum, even when I only have 3 day trips (because they're usually back to back so I end up staying in base.) I always have my 22" rollaboard, rolling tote and city tote (which is like a big handbag.) I still haven't mastered the art of packing light.

I bring my dog, a Chihuahua mix. He is a great traveling companion and never bites or barks. I knew I would miss him when he died, so I had the little guy taxidermied. He fits in a suitcase nicely. He does tend to tear carpet and scratch floors when I walk him, so probably some wheels will be next.

Yes, He's my best little buddy and pretty smart, but spoiled... I didn't really have him taxidermied, yet... He is actually smarter that I thought. He has started something new recently. If I am on the phone he acts normally, as you might expect. If I'm doing the same thing, though ordering take out, he gets excited and runs into his car carrier, to go with me, uncommanded and before I'm off the phone... I am certain he knows key words like take out, French fries, Etc...

Dogs are better than most ATC at voice recognition, (i.e. "Walk", "Bones", loud/soft voice tones etc).

Plus, they never have a bad thing to say about you and are always happy to see you.
