yes I have used the restroom in cruise but pulling out your phone while your doing your job isn't right. If its work related that's understandable but just for fun I think they should know better.

I seriously don't see what's wrong with taking pictures in the cockpit as long as it is not causing a problem.

I'm surprised by the number of youtube videos out there where there is all kinds of bs going on below 10,000, hard to believe.

In any event, use an old style digital camera instead of a cell phone (remember those?). Some of these older cameras still take better pics anyway because they are dedicated to the task.

Mount them if you can.

And of course only use them below 10,000 if you are on a 91 maintenance or repo flight.

What I am trying to say you should not be on your phone while your flying. Going to the restroom is a different story. Why do you need to go on your phone to take pictures.
