So when the entire crew is Muslim, you going to tell the cabin to suck it up and serve yourself? What if she decides she wont touch food unless it is halal? I am sorry sir we will not have a service today until after sunset, it is ramadan you know.

Apparently that is what Expressjet did.

If you're asking me, I say yes. And I'm not a muslim, but I DO respect anyone's religious beliefs short of causing anyone physical harm.

Are there limitations to 1st Amendment rights? Sure. You can't yell "fire" in a crowded theater because of the PHYSICAL HARM it can cause. Need food on Ramadan? No one is saying you can't bring it and consume it yourself.

Denying someone alcohol, or even food for a short period of time...even on the longest flights...cannot cause anyone physical harm. And you CAN bring food on any flight, anywhere in the world (including in the ME).

I do appreciate, however, that the Marxist/atheists are going to force Christiandom and Islam into common cause, and that those same people, who practice Political Correctness, will soon be on the receiving end of their manufactured BS.

You do realize that one of express jets goals should be to make their customers happy? Not meet the religous wants of the employee. If a bartender converts should he only be allowed to serve fruit juice? After all it is only for the length of his shift, the customers can wait.

Actually the athiest, marxist, and Muslims are aligned against the Christians. I think all three of think they can off the others after they defeat their common enemy.

ExpressJet's #1 goal is to make $$...in it's case by moving people from one location to another as expeditiously and safely as possible, with their comfort a secondary concern (see: seats and leg room). Serving them alcohol is WAYYYYY down on the list of importance.

Furthermore, a "bartender", as we all understand the term, serves alcoholic drinks in an business that that serves alcohol to it's customers as a way of making $$. If a bartender converted to Islam he/she would stop being a bartender, as serving alcohol is a bartender's #1 main job function....unlike the FA whose PRIMARY responsibility and concern is SAFETY.

This is a very common (and sad) misperception.

Actually, Muslims are not "aligned" against Christians nor are Christians aligned against Muslims. Radical, extremist muslims are aligned against Christians (and vice versa), but they are the small minority of all Muslims and Christians.

What you mean to say is that radical, extremist muslims, atheists and Marxists are aligned against Christians, and that is correct.

Good point and the difference between a radical extremist muslim and a muslim is one is out of ammo.

if you want sharia law in Dallas Texas you are an extremist and are aligned with the athiests and marxists.

Maybe or maybe the athiest, Marxist and the Muslim all have their reasons for playing each other off against the once dominant philosophy that built the west. I guess we will find out someday or maybe we won't.

Default F/A suspended for not serving alcohol

She can get another job, just like the County clerk who won't issue marriage licenses and Somali Taxi Cab drivers who don't want to carry people with service dogs. Nothing to do with the 1st amendment.
