Not allowed to fly in real IMC? That's false, it just depends the course the student is enrolled in. Instrument and CFI-I are encourage to as much as possible.

In all reality UND>>> at least we learned how to talk to women at school and were allowed to fly into imc even in the winter if the ice reports allowed us to. But seriously no one cares where you went to school. It sounds like someone Just got his private pilot and is way too eager.
