Ever considered the fact that Riddle actually doesn't do that well [in flight events]?
My most memorable moment on Flight Team was witnessing a Riddle plane doing Message Drop. They looked a little off, and when the message was dropped we all realized just how far off the centerline they were - it ended up hitting the wing of a running C172 on the ramp that was waiting to go next.
Also you guys can barely land the STOL Tricycle-gear Maule's. 'Round these parts we call them "Cheat Planes."

Holy ballsacks gentlemen.....
I'm a Riddle grad and I'm disappointed by this thread.
We had our lack of women and surplus of douchtards in Prescott back when, but shiesterkoph!!
LAXturd.....you're making the rest of us Riddle'ites look worse than the reputation that precedes us.
Please tell me you are one of the guys when asked to introduce yourself......"Hi...I'm Jon....I'm from SoCal and I got my PPL at Santa Monica before I got here brah."
Many ERAU grads are great guys and great pilots, but The Golden Egos did nothing for the school.
It was a good education. But the flying was built for making a shat ton of money off a bloated hour building syllabus.

I had quite a few ERAU guys as Air Force student pilots. They were usually nice kids, with a decent education, but generally middle of the pack in overall flying performance. I think most of them went through a period of reckoning where they came to terms with the reality that there was a lot more to aviation than they had been shown at ER. (And I think they had some guilt that someone paid a whole lot of money for a school that didn't give them as big an advantage as they had hoped).

Academy, ROTC, ERAU, or whatever....
**** washes off in T-38. After that nobody gives a damn where you came from...
FWIW...flown with former regional check airman and guys from Delta State, ERAU, and a lot of other places.... Learned something from just about every one I've flown with along the way.
Instead of calling flight team school dorks (we had the at Auburn too) I'm just glad we still have kids interested in getting off the video games and out to the local airport to practice. The suits and sunglasses? Okay...I might snicker. But keep the big picture...this nation needs to produce pilots, promote aerospace, and protect GA airports. These kids will do all of that...
(Yeah...I snickered. But I was probably a pretty big dork at times too. Somewhere along the way a real fighter pilot and later airline captain showed up. We were all dorks once...)
