Me too! From what I heard from a pilot there, they already had a bunch of invitees from pilots walking in a friends resume. Congrats to those that got the invite!

Most pilots at HAL hired in the last five years have gotten that letter at least once. Go straight to the website and reapply or update your existing application. That letter seems to be a right of passage now days. Just keep trying. I think persistence is something they are looking for.

Can your app be updated outside of a hiring window? Either way, I'll definitely be submitting again next year.

Not sure. I have not messed with it for over four years. Back then, I think I recall being able to update your profile anytime. Like anything else, that may have changed.

If you take away nothing else, just remember that most pilots hired here in the last 5-10 years were NOT hired on their first try. Resubmit those apps.

Does anyone at HAL know how seniority is chosen in class? Is it age, or last 4 of SSN or another way? Thanks!

I read on another forum that it was by last four of SSN.

I concur along with the lower the last four of your SSN the higher your seniority in class.

Yes, it's the last four digits of your SSN. Lowest is most senior.
