yeah, was talking to a few pilots recently and the rumor is a lot of early retirements on the horizon... I know a few names personally that are punching out before 65.. Not saying it's great, but it's better than the list shows.

Shocking bid? I thought hiring 40 some was a lot for hawaiian, something more than that?

Wonder if they are maybe leaving to get grandfathered into the current retirement medical plan? Versus risking a reduced benefit via negotiations....

Makes sense.
Who can blame them. A plan anyone? Check please.
And a bid for that plus a HND slot would be good sized, for here.

I had also heard a rumor that Hawaiian may have received some PRIA requests.

We're already short staffed , again. Bring on the interviews, vacancy bids, early retirements... Better than staying stagnant.

Great points. No guarantee either they won't start parking the older 330s when the 330 neo shows up.

Based on past windows and interview periods, how long before HR typically starts calling people to set up the interviews? Thanks.
