HAL pays guarantee of 75hrs from day one, and you will receive a hotel and per diem while away from HNL for SIM on the 717 & 767. Just FYI.

Yea, $36 an hour with a 75 hour guarantee is not enough to survive in Honolulu..If you can then good for you..

with min wage going to $15/hr, that is basically what they are paying.
15x40=600, 600x52=31,200/yr
36x75=2700, 2700x12= 32,400/yr

$36/hr is what most of the regionals pay for first year.
They need to step it up.
But then again, JetBlue will probably buy them in a year or two
