Default Airline Profiles need updating

UPS states "hiring 300 in 2017"

SWA states "Is hiring? YES"

Skywest states "Is hiring First Officers"

I do not believe the above is accurate information. How does this get changed or updated. Thank you

UPS is allegedly hiring 265 in 2020.

American shows lists of fleets where half of them are actually retired (MD-80, E190, 757, 767 for example).

A lot of the Quicktakes items are old and obsolete. They need to be deleted.

Concur. Tons of old info, although even a quick 30 minute edit could clear out the obvious, embarrassingly outdated material. Not sure why it lingers so long on the profiles.

The volunteers who manage the forums have nothing to do with the rest of APC, including airline profiles (we have offered to help with that).

Try submitting an update (red button, upper right). Sometimes that works, but they may prefer to get it from the airline itself.

SkyWest is hiring FO's again, so that is accurate.

Your point is valid though, lot's of out dated stuff still lingering.

Every time I submit an update via that button, I cannot get it to go through.

Surely a moderator knows who the update content contact is, or how to get ahold of them. Need to give them clear feedback as to the needs.

Got tired of doing that years ago. It seems to be driven from the airline end, who are in many cases advertising customers... see where I'm going with that? Try talking to your pilot recruitment team, if the APC profile is out of date, that impacts their job.

I tried updating Atlas’s 747 crew bases. Was told the info had to be submitted via an email from the company domain.
