Default Threads will not advance to the end.

None of the threads that I am subscribed to will andvance to the end. I click on "First Unread" and it will always stay on the second or third to last page, and will not move on, even when I click on the last page or two. What is the deal?

Similarly, often when getting to the last post on the second to last page (e.g. pg 249), there will be a page 250 shown, but if you try to select 'Next' or the page, it just takes you back to the top of the page you're on.

One thread that I just checked, shows 1411 pages, but I cannot advance past page 1398. Seems to be getting worse.

As I understand it, the system will "hold the place" of each deleted post from threads. So once a post is deleted by a moderator, nobody can see this post any longer, but it still occupies its place in the thread.

For big threads (like the DAL L&G or the Spirit of NKS), there have been many posts deleted. These deleted ones could add up to 10 pages or more. When you go to a thread like that, you are taken to the last page and last post that was not deleted, even though it says there are more pages.

Hope this clarifies things.

The posts aren't deleted, moderators are "hiding" posts from users they don't like.

That does help answer the question as to why there's always extra pages that are inaccessible. However, I am currently having problems with the Spirit of NKS thread. It fails to open unless you refresh the page.

Yeah the nks thread keeps requiring reloads. It's becoming quite a nuisance due to the redirects.

What device and browser are you using? Are you running any ad or pop up blockers?

Can you please describe what happens in more detail? Are there any particular ads you're seeing, or any other links in the page you're seeing?

If there is an ad forcing a refresh then I can get it to stop, but I will need to know what ad is causing the issue first so I can get it removed.

No idea if it's an ad that's causing the problem. I've never had a problem before. It's only been happening the the past 2 days.
I'm using Macbook Pro and Safari. Has always worked, highly doubt that's the problem.
