Default B1900 PIC positions

Anyone interested in a Beech 1900 CA position for a 121 carrier please contact me directly for info and/or to pass along your resume.
Below are the quals.

Happy Holidays!

Minimum Qualifications:

• 350 hours Multi Engine, Fixed Wing
• ATP Certification
• Current FAA First Class Medical certificate
• Instrument current and proficient
• Actual Instrument time commensurate with experience
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• 121/135 flight experience
• Current passport
• Legally authorized to work in the United States of America
• Willing to relocate
• Able to pass security background check and FAA mandated drug test
• High school diploma or GED


Preferred Qualifications:

• 2000 hours Total Time
• Turbine Time with Type Rating
• At least 100 hours logged in the preceding six months
• Current flying job
• 4-year college degree
• Three letters from pilots who can attest to applicant’s flying skills, having flown with applicant previously.



First year pay is about $29/hr with a 70 min guarantee. Typically crews fly 75-80 hours.

No, it's not Colgan. I would post the name of the carrier on the board, but don't want this thread to get into a "who is the best carrier" type of debate. I hope you understand. Please email me if you would like further information.

I believe the company is Air Midwest own by Mesa Airlines. I think most of the airplanes operate for US Airways Express.

Is the ATP requirement is a must have, or ATP written is good enough.

People are actually accepting PIC positions at 29 dollars a flight hour?????

Please tell me this is a joke. $29/hr for a Captain's position? Truly pathetic.

Yeah, looks like Air Midwest under Mesa. I've seen the exact requs on 350.com. $29 per hour- ouch! I remember a few years back I made $30 per hour teaching in bug smashers about 80-100 hours per month. Has it really got'n that bad?

Try $26/hour for a 1st year 757/767 F/O; both domestic and international.
