D.C. Area jobs

Damn, someone needs to relax. WMU_07 and I were stationed in Manassas, VA for quite some time, and had the opportunity of speaking with a few Colgan pilots, and got their version of Colgan. This is a forum, and it is called an opinion. You need to grow up, dude.

I used to work there, and in retrospect, I enjoyed myself. Yes, MX flights sucked, so you guys probably ran into pilots that weren't in a good mood to begin with. But, I guess I should then say the usual --- "Colgan is a great place for some, and not for others." You shouldn't let other people paint a picture for you. You need to experience something first-hand and make up your own opinion.

I have a good friend who works at colgan. He enjoys flying, refers to it as 'living the dream,' jokingly. He always talks about how bad it is. He offered me an interview last year and I just didn't want to do it. I don't have the option of moving right now and working the schedule that he has at colgan. It's no the best, it's not the worst, I just know it's not for me...
All I said was Ha btw. I was hired by an airline, sent through a jet course, and had my training cancelled. I know turbine/jet time is better than 172 time. I was on my way away from these small planes. I got my CFI to keep flying buddy... thanks
