If you know Yak...stay in touch with hime...IMHO he will be moving up to Chief Pilot this summer. It is a great AF retirement gig.

Hey MusDg...how long did it take for someone to take my window seat?? LOL Hope to get it back in a year if I don't have a training date at CS or ANZ.

Cheers,

CFI gigs are a bit hard to find these days. I have been looking off and on for the past 2 months, and have yet to really get any thing in the AZ/CO area. But at the moment I do have a job at BBY so I can be a bit picky at the moment.

Default CFI Position

I know a flight school in Atlanta will take you, but they don't currently have enough students right now for the current instructors. Most are working VERY part-time. Owner is looking at training international students. If that comes through, it could get busy, but it's still off in the future. I've instructed there part time for the last couple of months to the tune of about 10 hrs per month. Not enough to retire on!

Default First 2 international students

We just got our first 2 international students. One from India, the other, not sure. They have to get 25 hours in the twin before returning to India. If this continues to pick up, there may be more opportunities there, but probably only part time.
