True, but IF YOU DONT MEET THE MINS (1500tt and 1000 turbine PIC) YOU"RE WASTING YOUR TIME AND HA'S.
And HAWAIIAN is not a regional. They are a Legacy which flies 767's and soon Air Bus A320's. That's what they're hiring for. The 717 is for Senior crew.

Also, did anyone else get an email from them if you didn't finish the app?
I started, then stopped to put it off until later this weekend. They sent me an email yesterday, stating they have my application, but not in full and to finish it, and they will call if I meet what they are looking for. Just wondering if this is a good sign, or just the standard.
It would be cool if they opened a "New York" base, and started flying the A330's (or 320's?) back and forth. I know they were looking into it awhile back with the 767's (or the 717's?). jk

I filled out the whole thing and got the standard "We are reviewing your application and will call you if you meet our staffing needs" email. Fortunately, I have 1800+ hours PIC; unfortunately, very little of it is Turbine, so I don't expect to hear anything.

Emails regarding " please finish apps" or "we are reviewing your resume" are standard so, no need to quit your job just yet. If you dont have min 1000 Turbine PIC don't waste your time. I'm not trying to be rude but you're competing with hundreds if not thousands of pilots who far exceed the mins. If you meet the mins by all means apply! I hope they pick up every pilot who was displaced at Aloha everyone else get in line.
