Heck no, the hotel in DRT is the best out of IAH. Also you got Rudy's BBQ right there!

Well, in fairness I gotta admit a big shiny Q does have one advantage for an FO: he won't get that Saab oily skunk stripe down his back when he looks in the wheel wells

I was thinking more of The White Horse: good food, cheap "sodas", and cute, ditsy waitresses with really, big, round, smiles.

Well,

I think that I have proven without a shadow of a doubt that this world is new to me.

If there are any colgan guys here (specifically who fly the saab) who wouldnt mind a phone call so i can ask a few questions, please let me know.

A freind of mine is a CA on the Dash but he cant give me much info on the Saab side of things.

Thanks!

Not entirely true. The CA 4 stripes are actually made up of 400 smaller stripes made of actual silver.

What do you want to know about the SAAB? I have been flying the "Swedish Love bus" for almost 2 1/2 years and based in IAD...Going to go fly the "Q" in IAH, but only for the $$$ could care less otherwise...Would rather be back in the 19hundo!

I was told, by a 9L Saab ground instructor, that Feb 28 was just decided to be a Saab class and would have 14. Always subject to change of course...
