Description: Pilots in the sales demonstration department manage the safe and efficient world-wide operation of company aircraft. The demonstration department is primarily responsible for conducting pilot and executive sales flights, in new and resale aircraft, aimed at showcasing each aircraft model’s particular features and benefits. In addition to sales flights, pilots in the demonstration department conduct a majority of the company’s executive transportation, customer support, pilot support, media and post-maintenance flights. Demonstration Pilots are often tasked to staff air shows, conduct factory tours, attend or lead customer product presentations and complete other tasks as assigned by their Chief Pilot. These tasks include, but are not limited to: Current certificated flight instructors or pilots who have military instructional experience are preferred. Demonstration Pilots must be comfortable and capable of flying both single-pilot and with a second crewmember.
Demonstration Pilots must possess a 4-year college degree.
All newly-hired Demonstration Pilots must be willing to relocate to Wichita, KS.
Type ratings and significant PIC experience in Beechcraft and/or Hawker models are required. This pilot must have extensive sales demonstration experience, conducting pilot & executive demonstrations in turbine aircraft.
