If you are called to interview, I believe they change your application status to "Withdrawn." So if you have an interview, don't be surprised to see that in there. Otherwise, be surprised.

Interesting. I applied in the April 2010 window and it said "under consideration". Also applied in the December 2010 window and it said "Withdrawn". I know I didn't withdraw, but I never got a call either. So I applied again this September window and so far "under consideration". Waiting patiently, but no call yet.

"Good Morning XXXXX,
It would appear you have three profiles in the system, two of which are attached to old requisitions. We are withdrawing candidates from old reqs where we can. On our side, you are still in Phase II so no worries.
Best,
XXXXX"
Good luck guys.

OK...this isn't speculation:
If it says "Withdrawn" you simply aren't getting called for the interview etc. etc. Withdrawn=not being considered. When I first applied awhile back it said "Withdrawn" because I just wasn't competitive enough or whatever the case was. Second time around it said "under consideration"...and said that till I was in my last few weeks of training. Read my previous post as it IS accurate. They aren't posting updates anymore...
As long as you don't see "withdrawn," you are in good shape.
There are only three status updates: Withdrawn, Under Consideration, and one that says Hired...etc. (that you most likely won't see until you are in training).
Also one thing to keep in mind on their application:
Thank you for your interest in opportunities at JetBlue Airways. As we receive a high volume of online applications, you will no longer be able to view your status in the process. Please do note that JetBlue’s Talent Acquisition Team will only contact those candidates who meet the minimum qualifications AND are most competitive.
We would encourage you to update your profile as needed to remain competitive. Any profile in our system that is associated with a specific job and has been inactive for 12 months or longer will be considered No Longer Interested.
Good Luck!

Any word on a new app window?
Any word of a new hiring window in early '12? Spent some time talking to a couple JFK based JB guys in St. Lucia last week (Bill and Wade) and it sounds like a great place to work. If any of you guys know them, tell them the ATR guy said hi.
