Default American Eagle hiring update

American Eagle continues to interview pilots 3 days/week. A new-hire class runs every 2 weeks (3 classes in August), and this will continue all the way through the first week of December.

New-hires go to either the CRJ, ATR, or Saab at one of the 7 pilot bases.

Projected 2005 hiring is at 200+ pilots.

Commercial
1000 TT

Current flying job
1st class medical

Didn't realize that it was that many. The eagle vacanvy bid just came out and there are over 50 Capt seats up for grabs. I guess that will start the movement. Only thing is the impact of the flowback pilots. Never can tell what happens once you add them to the equation.
