As for the speeding ticket thing, anyone know what they can actually find on you? anyone ever pulled an NDR on themselves? I'm really curious to know if tickets truly fall off after 7 years or not. My local driving record is clean, but I had a few many years ago. Like others, I see no need to guess on the dates if they're not on my local driving record.
Over 10 years I've had a ticket in CA, ND and GA. I pulled my records and not one showed up. Not sure if they see the same thing but I can't seem to find them. The GA was No-Lo; fine paid with no points. I can't remember what I did for CA and ND. My record was pulled in GA.Originally Posted by Captain Tony
I don't recall an arrest question on either DAL or UAL addendums, they only asked for convictions. In many jurisdictions, it's actually illegal to ask or discriminate over arrests that did not lead to convictions, since people are still technically "innocent until proven guilty". However, I do recall one of them asking about deferred judgment, so that probably will qualify. As for the speeding ticket thing, anyone know what they can actually find on you? anyone ever pulled an NDR on themselves?
