Very random. I'm current military, retire in on 1 April 13. I am on the lower end of the spectrum:

3000 TT
1800 PIC
1900 Multi
Current, T-45 IP
Masters-ERAU
2 internal recs
Miami job fair

No email. My buddy has 4500 hours, all military, no job fair, no recs and got the email. Seems very random.

Has it ever been about a squadron or masters? Civilian pilots have squadrons? I don't see where squadrons were mentioned. I do know the application asks for degree though.
