If you do not have an offer from both why ask? If you are willing to work for either, assuming only 1 offers you a job then certainly apply to both and take the first offer. If you get a subsequent offer from the other then you and only you can decide based on your personal set of circumstances, where you live or want to live. Schedules verses pay potential growth, new airplane firm orders etc, etc etc. These Who should I work for Poles are usually meaningless as most who ask these questions do not have an offer from either.
