Violation Question
I had a 30 day suspension for wearing NVGs in a non-stc'd aircraft (I am a Helo guy) and recently had an interview with a corporate carrier, I was upfront about the violation, took responsibility, and explained that I learned from it. The interview and Sim ride both went very well. I did not get offered the position due to Wyvern/ARGS requirements. Given that most Corporate operators or 135 high end charter companies use this system, am I done for any good Corporate opportunities? I have had other opportunities since the suspension, but I am concerned that my career my really be affected. I would love any insight from the pros out there. Thanks in advance.

I dont know exactly how long the suspension will stay on your record, how how closely Wyvern/ARGUS monitor it.
But pretty much anyone worth working for in 135 will need you to be Wyvern or ARGUS qualified. Doesn't matter what else you have, if you can't get past Wyvern and ARGUS then you can't get in.
