I got a response today from an employer who's ad was posted yesterday on willflyforfood. They told me the job had been filled months ago, and they still hadn't stopped getting applications because their email was in the text of the ad. When they repost ads like climbto350, without the employer's permission, they apparently only kill the 'to apply click here' button. The employer had asked multiple times to hav the ad removed, and was told it would be pulled, but yet it stays in the rotation. Apparently, they can get caught reposting jobs that don't exist if there's an email in the text.

Several years ago I was looking at one of those sites (possibly wff, I can't remember now) and saw an ad for a charter job in my state. The contact info for the chief pilot turned out to be the FAA POI for the 135 operation I was working for at the time. She had been with the FAA and not the chief pilot at the advertised company for at least the previous 3 years and probably more like 5.

25 years ago I wrote to an ad in a flying magazine for a list of contacts in the aviation industry - probably a precursor of today's job websites. I sent out over 150 resumes to every corner of the country (including Alaska!). I'd say well over 100 came back marked as 'Undeliverable' by the post office, never heard back from a majority of those left and was well short of the minimums of one of the few that actually responded back. I have no faith in such advertising.

I never heard a word back from anybody from climbto350. My qualifications were spot on with a couple and others not so much. It was a waste of money for me. I just gave up after subscribing for two years, and have found networking to be my best bet.

willflyforfood.com is legit! I received several interviews and two jobs from their job board when I was on furlough. Can't say the same for the Orange site. WFFF was a big help to me. I know they have the Aloha guys a free account when they were furloughed and gave many other furloughees severely discounted memberships. I can't say enough good things about them. Did you try contacting WFFF about the posting before you got on this forum and started bashing them? Maybe you don't know the whole story?
