How do LORs work at SWA? I think there is a link to submit them on PilotCredentials, but the application instructions from this week mentioned them being submitted on SWALife. Is the PilotCredentials link only for non-SWA pilots?
Also, do the LORs need to be submitted again during each job window, or are they attached to you permanently once they are submitted?
Thanks!

This is good gouge. That has been told to me by several of my SWA buds. They said that if I get the interview invite to let them know and that they would submit one. Your references will also get called after the interview, so it is a good idea to prep the waters by letting them know and asking them if they will say the right things.
