Looking for the best New Jersey/New York CFI's, Commercial Pilots or ATP's.

Immediate need for Learjet FO's.
Must live within 1 hour driving time of Teterboro Airport.

Based out of Teterboro Airport for 30+ years
Excellent Safety Record
Part 135 - On Demand
Full Time
Salary
401k - Profit Sharing
No Per Diem on meals/hotels
Initial LRJET SIC TYPE RATING Simulator Training

No Learjet experience necessary, but definately a plus.

No Per Diem? I sure hope it includes a company credit card or an expense account. If there's none of that then stay far far away.

I didn't think "no per diem" would be read as unreimbursed expenses. All meals/hotels are expensed. In the past we have had abusers, so activities such as fishing charters, hot oil massages, bar tabs, and a few other activities will not be covered. When in doubt, ask.

30-45k based on qualifications, 24/7 (2-4 days off-currently averaging 14 days a month w/very few overnights. 90% of flights are out and back same day), there is nothing better then when a FO stays long enough to become a Captain (our current Captains have been with us 15,15,10,7, and 3 years. Some FO's have stayed, some we were glad they left. If we like you, we will try to keep you.

Wow, doesn't sound very good to me, how do you swing 24/7 on call, sounds a little sketchy, 30 to 45k. Good luck.

Gotta love the places that just flat out say "you're going to be 24/7".

Can you type GFY on here without the filter catching it?

"We'd like low time guys so we can pay them crap and give them a worthless SIC type to try and convince them we're great." Probably a $25/day limit on reimbursement for food or some nonsense.

No per diem on meals OR hotels? So the pilot fronts you the money for hotels basically? Oh but very few of those!

Hey, wild idea: pay your people well and treat them right and you'd have more of them hanging out for a while.

If that was a PIC type rating, I think you'd get a lot of calls.

SIC? Not so much.

30-45k to start for a pilot with zero jet experience doesn't seem ridiculous. Sending a pilot for SIC types cost us roughly 15k at FlightSafety, how is that worthless?

New hire Pilots are welcome to pay the additional 3k at the initial for a PIC. Pilots that are working out will get the PIC at recurrent.

Meals and Hotel are expensed. We ask that you don't get Surf and turf, but eat normally. IHOP for breakfast, Applebee's for lunch, and outback for dinner is usually sufficient. When in Aspen the choices are limited, everything is still expensed.

99% of the pilots I know like getting the rewards from their credit cards, hotel rewards, etc. Pilots also get to keep the fuel rewards, even though the company pays for the fuel. I understand that some companies try to slow roll the expense checks, but that's not our practice.

The on demand gig is not for everyone, but for some pilots it's a huge opportunity. I'm trying to give honest answers to not so nice questioning.

I did write that our Captains have been with us a long time and a couple of them started out as FO's. Maybe the job is not that bad.

I have received a bunch of resumes so I must not be that far off.
