Maybe I'm still a newb at the pilot job searching thing, but I still don't understand why there's so many pilot job websites that you have to pay for

- they helped me find real jobs and they also offer free job postings (when the employer is willing to pay for them).
- Their pilot interview gouge is excellent and completely free!
- Their jobs are real.
- The owners are great people and really care about providing a high quality product and service.
- They are much cheaper than the other two websites.
A couple of reasons why I don't recommend the other two:
- Fake jobs! Many of them are recycled from other job board websites to help them look as though they have "lots" of job postings.
- Owners are not friendly at all!
- Much more expensive for an inferior service.
