Neither! Go to Pilot Jobs Board - Airline Pilot Jobs, Corporate Pilot Jobs, Flight Instructor Jobs

Just curious why you say that website over others?

Maybe I'm still a newb at the pilot job searching thing, but I still don't understand why there's so many pilot job websites that you have to pay for

Because EVERYTHING about this profession involves someone trying to take advantage of you.

It seems more prevalent in aviation than, say, engineering, or grade school teaching.

A few reasons why I recommend willflyforfood.com.
  • they helped me find real jobs and they also offer free job postings (when the employer is willing to pay for them).
  • Their pilot interview gouge is excellent and completely free!
  • Their jobs are real.
  • The owners are great people and really care about providing a high quality product and service.
  • They are much cheaper than the other two websites.

A couple of reasons why I don't recommend the other two:
  • Fake jobs! Many of them are recycled from other job board websites to help them look as though they have "lots" of job postings.
  • Owners are not friendly at all!
  • Much more expensive for an inferior service.
