Default Colgan Via Climbto350.com

I was just wondering how long it was taking people to get a response from Colgan if they applied on www.climbto350.com? Or just applied at all. Thanks all.

Email them directly to [email protected] she is THE person that needs to see your resume and the one that will be pulling it off climb to 350 anyway. She is the head recruiter now. Just make it easy for her and include your TT and multi time in the subject line and of course a resume or name drop helps.

If you want to make it even EASIER ... get someone you know here at Colgan to pass your resume on to her ... that will get a response fast. They weigh heavily on internal recommendations

A couple of years ago I was watching football (sunday), drinking a few brews. I was job hunting quite a bit back then . During halftime I went on climbto350 and sent of a few resumes, Colgan being one. About 15 minutes later ( no siht) Chuck Colgan calls to interview me on the phone and asks me to come in for an interview..I didnt go, but funny story..

I emailed mine on my lunch break while instructing, went up for one lesson, landed and had a voice mail from Chuck Colgan asking me to return the call for a interview. I was amused how quickly they called back.

They'll call you quick if they like your resume ... that's normally how it works. They don't screw around

I have 1660 total with 520 multi. I am ATP with 135 experience. When were those quick responses...in the past month? Or during the hiring boom?
Thanks all.

You'll probably get a call sooner or later with those times. However I just talked to Karen they said there aren't any classes until possibly January, they're still hiring though.

Got a call yet? Looking at aviationinterviews.com, the most recent post was a CFI hired Oct 2nd with 1250 TT, 1100 PIC, turbine PIC 0, and only 77 multi. That sounds like they may even go below current minimun times (1000/100). Anyone know times of more recent applicants? Good luck.
