Default Horizon Airlines = terrible place to work

Dear Fellow Pilots:

It is with a heavy heart that I sincerely plead with you to either never consider coming to Horizon Air, or to leave as soon as possible and let this company fall apart. We might as well be crappy Mesa Airlines the way we're headed. Or the dump that American Eagle was under the leadership of Dave Campbell, the now CEO (for himself $$$) of Horizon Air.

Horizon Air has purposely violated our contract at an ever increasing frequency to spare a dollar to pilots on property, while enticing the new with lies. They have hired the most expensive lawyers in our country to defend their bad conduct.

Bases are being re-arranged on short notice to pilots.

The seniority list is falling apart. You will not upgrade here, especially if you get assigned the Q400.

Those pilots at Horizon that are still here should work minimum credit and refuse any additional flying.

The irony is that these corporate greedys can afford to fix the problem 1000 times over, but choose not to.

Please leave or go anywhere else.
