Default Upgrade time on Q

Sorry if this is already in another thread that I didn't see but does anyone know what the current upgrade time in the Q is right now? This would be for a new hire with 1000+ previous 121 time. I heard it has slowed down some but curious if it's still within the first year to 18 months. Thanks

As of the last bid, about six months. But keep in mind the QOL is terrible.

If you do the street Captain thing you're gonna be stuck on reserve for years. So 12 days off per month, and very little flying. If you live in base it's ok.

Considering applying FO for the Q. Any one know current reserve and upgrade times on the Q MFR base with no 121 time? Read some good threads dating back to 2016 on this...

Off the top of my head I can tell you there’s an FO there hired in May 2018 who is on and off reserve so he’s close. Gives you some idea at least. Idk about upgrade times.

Is this just for Medford?

Yes.
I’m sitting reserve in PDX as a June ‘18 hire as 60/70 with 46 lines so it’ll be a while. Another friend same hire date in Spokane is at 70% so he may be closer to a line than me and he’s junior to me overall.

I'm a MFR FO holding #2 line and it took me 16 months from the time I got done with OE to get 1000 hours here. Its all about timing, of those 16 months I did 4 months of reserve. The guy just senior to me only did 1 month on reserve. Once you hold a line QOL gets a lot better. Once on the top of the seniority list its sweet. I get pretty much what ever days off I want and I'm consistently getting 15 days off per month.

I’ve spoken to two MFR FOs who got 180 hours their first year with last month being their 12 month mark. For reference I’m at 240 in PDX at 11 months. Spokane friend is just shy of that, same seniority.
