Default New TA, and seniority

Hello QX! Best wishes for your people with the newest TA. Will it be voted in? What do upgrade times look like for a new hire with PIC 121 time?

The chances of passage are extraordinarily high.
If you are upgrade ready (i.e 1000hrs 121) your chances of upgrade are likely to be near immediately. Last I checked we don’t do “street captains” technically but you can go from new hire FO and complete sim type ride and immediately go through upgrade after. This info may be out of date.

You will be ANC based initially. Sorry I can’t provide jr CA or other base info.

Default Thanks you

I’m typed in the 175 with low 121 PIC time. Any timeline for the new pay?

If ratified, it’s retro to sep 1, new hire training pay is 18 credits a week at 90/hour. Welcome aboard.

Do you have a job offer? Last I heard we weren’t hiring outside our pilot development program.

It’s looking like with the clause applying to new hires the hiring window must be set to open up in the near future

Weekly pay $90 times 18 time 4 weeks = $6,480. Not bad!

Considering this along with Pilot Development Program I’m actually recommending people go into aviation now, unlike before. Short overnights in poorly located hotels was not worth what they were paying us before. At least now we can hustle for a reasonable amount
