Hi,
Welcome to the boards. Unfortunately, I need to point out that because the 9/11 hijackers were able to fly 75s and 76s with bare minumum exposure to the aircraft layout and the AP/FMS functions, the kind of information you are requesting is a bit of a touchy subject. Federal law now requires that anyone providing such training needs to conduct some security screening on their new students...obviously nobody can really do that online. While you will find some systems discussions on these boards, most of those are pretty narrowly focused...I don't think you'll find any "how to fly an RJ" posts. Probably the best way to get what you're looking for would be to try to find an RJ pilot in your area who you could actually meet up with. Good Luck and enjoy the forums.
