Reserve at Horizon is as follows:
- 13 days off in 35 day bid period.
- 2 hour call-out in SEA/PDX, 1:30 in the other bases.
- 14-hour blocks of being contactable. There's AM and PM, with different start/end times depending on the base.
- Airport reserve also exists, but tends to go senior. Basically, sit in the airport and wait.
What else do you want to know.

Thanks for that info, is it a reserve block and how is it paid out? What credit while on reserve, any premium for call out or airport reserve?
We're exploring different methods and I've been told that Horizon's system is pretty good, but don't know much about it.

Reserve at Horizon is done in 3-5 day blocks, although you can end up with 6 days on (the maximum our CBA allows) during the transition between bids.
On reserve, pilots are paid the greater of 86.3 hours per bid or what they actually fly, and as far as I know, all reserve pays exactly the same.
