They'll never admit it during negotiations and the only guys who know for sure are those who got cx and enjoyed a dh to jfk.
I spoke to only 2 guys in that boat, so I presume there were a few more.
At -30 on a weekend day, Im guessing there were more than 2 staffing cxs.

The guy who said zero has no way of knowing the truth.

Our CBA needs language that drives staffing. There are plenty of creative ways to do this.

I think any real reserve rules will seriously change their tune on upgrades/hiring.
Im a broken record about this but if they shift to industry standard reserve rules, how tf are they going to ramp up quickly enough to staff ops, let alone growth?

Staggered implementation.

X yrs to catch up on staffing for vacation reserve and other... here a check for xxxxxxx signing bonus.

Man I hope not years to implement. I'm sure the company knows what a properly staffed airline is.

You can't use FLICA as a single source. They hide the actual number. You have to check crewtrac the the RSA clean up crews. You'll also never see who's on RTF or VDA. FLICA can say -5 but they're really +10 with volunteers
