So this is the 1st month I remember seeing an entirely red reserve grid (JFK 320 FO). Is this typical and what we can expect until fall? Obviously, I'm a first year guy so I apologize for the newb question.

Not a newb thing..... staffing is always tough in the spring/ summer, but in my experience, hasn't been this bad.
Anecdotally, it seems like attrition is picking up (I know 3 people leaving who haven't put in their notice yet). Likely, you will hear the "we are properly staffed" montra until we cancel flights.

Taking a look at RSV CA 320 JFK, BOS, and FLL I would guess an average of credit of around 60 hours for this month. Disturbing. Whereas last year at this time I would guess around 30 hours.
There better be a reason; pending merger, sale to private equity firm ( lean and profitable), etc, because it's been bad recently and doesn't appear to be getting any better ( future bids/ upgrades).
It's been enjoyable when Wednesdays are the only green days on the RSV GRID
