With how shamefully JB treats their FAs, I was surprised and happy to see they backed up this crew. Kudos.

Hmm, I know many jetBlue FAs and haven't heard they're shamefully treated. Either way, I'm just encouraged that an airline backed up that crew.

BTW, can that family (especially Father of the Year ) get an Academy Award for his performance along with his wife for her supporting role performance? Still shameful what he did in front of his kids. Just awful.

The company got caught sending letters to customers asking them to rat on FA's over cell phone usage. Offering them true blue point or money can't remember.

The letter was written in a way to lead the customer to tell on them.

They consistently treat them like children. They have so many supervisors that meet every single crew before their trip. We had a supervisor board the plane mid trip last week and got in the way of everything.

Just a few small examples.

Interesting, and crappy. Have never heard that from any of my FA friends that work there.

This morning, Chairman Robin Hayes, appeared on CBS This Morning where he reiterated his support of the crew.

Just saw your additional points. Pretty much every airline treats flight attendants like children. No news there. Supervisors are usually in the way when flying the line..
Also not unusual. Lol

Robin Hayes is not the chairman. He is CEO only.
