580 this year and 600 next year, as well as 2500-3000 between 2022-2027 were the numbers given out by Paul H at that FFD hiring webinar the other day.

last recruiting event said 50/month, 580 years and double pilot size in 5 years. The math seems off. Based on Nov-Feb class sizes this is not adding up at all.

At any given “Recruiting” event, for any given airline, you’re probably going to hear very optimistic and likely unrealistic numbers.
